Today i got a note that Comindwork released some new cool feature called emolog. Did you ever wondered why for your employee it is more interesting to spend more time on Twitter and Facebook instead of doing his work? Well the answer is simple - because when the work starts to be boring, not social, without interaction with other people, the motivation to work falls down
That is where Comindwork have thought about this cool new feature that will add emtions. “Emolog” here stands for the abbreviation of the “emotion” and “log”. I completely agree that emotions is very important for the team and for the project itself and i believe Comindwork has taken a really great approach, i love the feature, so head and the emolog for yourself.
